Our Founder: Frikkie Bezuidenhout
Frikkies approach to consulting is practical and hands-on. He has over 25 years’ of experience in large-scale business transformation programmes.
This starts with setting strategy, deployment, and sustaining outcomes. It includes designing tailored operating/business systems, supply chain optimisation, new product Introduction, lean leadership coaching, building operations leadership capability, simplifying complex transformation programmes, and digitalisation in Blue Chip organizations globally.
His deep understanding of lean philosophy was gained while working for Toyota in Japan and South Africa
