Founded and led by Frederick Bezuidenhout, a Toyota-trained transformation leader with over 25 years of aerospace and manufacturing experience, Velocity Green Lean brings deep expertise to every engagement. Frederick has held senior management roles at Toyota and other blue-chip manufacturers, and has led transformation programmes across the UK, Europe, USA, Asia, and South Africa. He has also worked alongside Airbus and Boeing supplier-development teams to resolve critical supply chain crises.
